About MetroHacks Women

This year marks MetroHacks third annual hackathon for female students, the first Metrohacks Women event to take place in Hartford. Hartford's Metrohacks Women will be hosted by Microsoft at the company's Hartford Microsoft offices. Metrohacks is devoted to bringing more female students into STEM fields. Students will learn about new technology in various workshops, collaborate and create projects with each other, and compete for prizes. Girls aged 13-18 can attend. The event is completely free, and meals are provided for all participants.
